Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms govern quotes, orders, payment, and delivery between you and the Nova Exhibits company that serves your region ("Nova", "we", "us") — see who you are contracting with below. They also cover any account you create on the site. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Nova Exhibits is a trading name used by two companies, one for each of our sites. Which one sells to you depends on where you place the order, and it is that company you are contracting with, that takes the payment, and that any refund comes from.
- Orders placed through novaexhibits.co.uk
- Northern Makers Ltd, trading as Nova Exhibits. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Unit 5, Overtown Farm, Warburton WA13 9TG, United Kingdom. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Orders placed through novaexhibits.com
- Black Peak North LLC, trading as Nova Exhibits. Prices are in US dollars (USD).
2. Acceptance
These terms apply to all quotes and orders placed through novaexhibits.com, novaexhibits.co.uk, or with our team, and to any account you create on those sites. If you are ordering on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Your account
You can request a quote and place an order without creating an account. An account is optional. It lets you save a stand, see orders placed with the same email address, and re-order a past build.
You create one by signing in with a Google account, or by asking us to email you a one-time sign-in link. You must be able to use that address. We do not issue or store a password. Anyone who can open that Google account or inbox can use the Nova account attached to it, so that access is yours to keep.
A saved stand is not an order and not a quote. Saving it does not reserve stock or lock a price. The catalogue, the parts in it, and the prices we show can change, and a stand you saved may no longer match what we sell when you come back to it.
Artwork you upload remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store it, to show it back to you as part of a saved stand, and to use it to produce an order if you later place one. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
We may suspend or close an account if it is used to abuse the site or to hold material we cannot lawfully keep. If we do, we will write to the address on the account.
You can delete your account at any time from the data request page. Deleting it removes the account, the stands you saved, and the artwork on them. It does not cancel an order already placed, and it does not erase the anonymised record of a sale we are required to keep. How we handle the data itself is set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Quotes & pricing
Prices shown in the configurator are estimates for the selected configuration, materials, freight, and installation. The authoritative price for any order is the amount confirmed at checkout. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on novaexhibits.com and pounds sterling (GBP) on novaexhibits.co.uk, and exclude any applicable taxes and duties unless noted.
5. Orders
An order is placed when you complete checkout. Your order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs), in which case we will refund any amount paid.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept card payments and, for USD orders, US bank transfers (ACH). Card payments are captured at checkout. Bank (ACH) payments settle asynchronously and may take several business days; your order proceeds once payment has settled. Orders placed through the configurator are paid in full at checkout. Custom or large projects quoted separately may require a deposit, which we will confirm with you in writing.
7. Freight & delivery
Freight charges shown are estimates and may be adjusted based on the final destination, access, and timing. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
8. Installation & dismantle
Where installation and dismantle are included, you are responsible for providing timely venue access, accurate floor plans, and any required show-floor labor or permissions. Additional charges may apply for changes on site or conditions outside our control.
9. Lead times
Production lead times depend on the configuration and current capacity and are confirmed at order. Standard kits typically ship within 4–6 weeks of a confirmed order and payment; larger or custom builds may take longer.
10. Changes & cancellations
Change or cancellation requests must be made in writing. You may cancel before production begins for a refund less any third-party costs already incurred. Once fabrication has started, any deposit and work completed to date are non-refundable. Standard, unused stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.
11. Warranty & returns
We stand behind our build with our Fit & Finish and Spec Match guarantees: if an item arrives damaged, below spec, or not matching your approved configuration, we will repair or replace it. Report any damage, defect, or spec mismatch within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair or replacement. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
12. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate configuration, brand assets, and venue information.
- Review and approve designs and specs before production.
- Ensure venue access and compliance with show-floor rules.
- Keep control of the Google account or inbox you use to sign in, and do not upload artwork you do not have the right to use.
13. Intellectual property
Nova's designs, structural systems, and the Nova brand remain our property. You retain rights to your own brand assets and any artwork you upload, and grant us a limited license to use them to produce your order and to store them on a stand you have asked us to save.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Governing law & disputes
Which law applies follows the company you contracted with under section 1. Both clauses are set out below; the one that applies to your order is the one for the site you ordered from.
Orders placed through novaexhibits.co.uk with Northern Makers Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Orders placed through novaexhibits.com with Black Peak North LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring proceedings there. If you are a consumer resident in the United States, nothing here removes any right under the consumer protection laws of your own state that cannot be waived by agreement.
